Non-Returnable Items

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift during purchase:

Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription product:
- The first month is non-refundable (already discounted)
- Starting from the second month, you may request a refund before shipment
Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to issue a refund.
